About me

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDRIA‑Certified EMDR therapist based in Pennsylvania. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, narcissistic abuse, chronic stress, and the emotional impact of high‑pressure or high‑conflict environments.

 I hold a master’s degree from a medical‑based program, giving me a strong foundation in the mind–body connection and the emotional impact of health and stress.
