About Me
My path into this field wasn’t linear — it was shaped by my own experiences navigating demanding workplaces, complex relationships, and the quiet, internal struggles that so many people carry beneath the surface.
Before becoming a licensed therapist, I spent years in the corporate world working in for-profit research. I know firsthand what it’s like to push through burnout, to feel the pressure to perform, and to lose pieces of yourself in environments that reward productivity over well‑being. That chapter of my life gave me a deep understanding of the emotional patterns that high‑achieving, high‑functioning adults often develop — the perfectionism, the people‑pleasing, the self‑doubt, and the exhaustion that comes from holding everything together.
Over time, I found myself drawn to working with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are healing from narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships — experiences that can quietly erode identity, confidence, and self‑trust. Others come to me carrying trauma, chronic stress, or the emotional residue of environments that demanded too much for too long.
What ties all of my work together is a commitment to helping people understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their inner strength, and create lives that feel aligned and authentic. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence to the therapy room. I’m not a passive therapist — I’m engaged, collaborative, and invested in helping you make sense of your experiences so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
If you’re looking for a space where you can be fully seen, understood, and supported as you heal and grow, you’re in the right place.
