Individual Psychotherapy
During the first few sessions I work to assess clients' mental health needs by listening to their concerns, understanding their symptoms, and exploring their personal history. I will complete an intake assessment that will help me to better understand your needs and work with you to set realistic goals for therapy. We work together towards achieving these goals, whether it's reducing symptoms of depression, improving communication in relationships, coping with trauma, or enhancing self-esteem.
I employ various therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome their concerns. These can include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, as well as a combination of specialized modalities.

I work to provide emotional support, validation, and encouragement to clients throughout their therapeutic journey. I empower clients by helping them develop insight, coping skills, and strategies for self-improvement.
Finally, I adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards to ensure client confidentiality, safety, and the ethical practice of psychotherapy. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, ultimately fostering personal growth and improved mental well-being.
