Fees and Insurance

Fees:

Please contact me to discuss my fees. Sliding scale available for certain situations and upon request.

Individual sessions are 55 minutes and at this time I only accept the following insurance:

  1.  Aetna

  2.  Spring Health 

 

This means you will only be responsible for your co-pay when using your insurance.

I am considered out of network for all other insurances. You will be responsible to pay my rate out of pocket for each session and then submit a receipt to your insurance company.

​

I will provide a monthly receipt (superbill) upon request so that you can submit to your insurance company. You may be entitled to out-of-network reimbursement (full or partial) based on your plan. Please check with your insurance provider prior to our first session so you are fully aware of your out of network benefit.

**All new client paperwork will be sent to you electronically and needs to be completed no later than 24 hours prior to our first session**.

Payment:

I utilize a HIPAA compliant app called Ivy Pay. You may use any major credit when paying via Ivy Pay. I will send an invoice via text after each session which will send you a payment link.

Free Consultation:

I offer a free 15-minute consultation prior to scheduling your first appointment in order to assess goodness of fit. Please contact me in order to schedule. These calls can occur any day of the week.

​Cancellation Policy:

I require that you provide me with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Late cancel and no-show fee is charged at a rate of $65
