Fees and Insurance

Fees:

My private pay fee is $150/session. 

Individual sessions are 55 minutes and at this time I only accept Aetna insurance

I am considered out of network for all other insurances. You will be responsible to pay my rate out of pocket for each session (charged at the session) and then submit a receipt (superbill) to your insurance company.

I will provide a monthly receipt (superbill) upon request so that you can submit to your insurance company. You may be entitled to out-of-network reimbursement (full or partial) based on your plan. Please check with your insurance provider prior to our first session so you are fully aware of your out of network benefit.

**All new client paperwork will be sent to you electronically and needs to be completed no later than 24 hours prior to our first session**.

Payment:

I utilize a HIPAA compliant platform both for insurance clients as well as for private pay clients. You may use any major credit when paying for the session. I will ask you to place a card on file for co-pays and for private pay fees.

Free Consultation:

I offer a free 15-minute consultation prior to scheduling your first appointment in order to assess goodness of fit. Please contact me in order to schedule. These calls can occur any day of the week.

​Cancellation Policy:

I require that you provide me with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Late cancel and no-show fee is charged at a rate of $65
